Remember... The Reason
If there is a reason for the season.... I could think of not a better one...
God Blessed America ... All who reside in it...
May the World take notice of those who have fallen....

Just An Update
Time has really started to move quickly. Another year has passed me by and I am yet another year older.
I am grateful to the almighty that I am blessed to be with the living. Grace and Mercy has brought me through so much in this past year that I have made a committment to spreading the knowledge of health and prosperity to my readers.
In future articles, along with reviews from some of the best restaurants in the region, I will be sharing some valuable information to our community when it comes to the healthy living and survival.
Keep it locked here... And I hope to see you all soon.

The Season
Wow!!
The season is upon us and it is in full swing.
The festivities around Savannah are clearly making the mood of the city a very inviting one.
No matter where I am, I can always put my hands on fond memories of this historical icon of a community.
I trust that everyone will give life a chance and make the best of this great holiday.
Happy Thanksgiving to you all.....

Getting The Word Out!!!!!
This comes from a more personal angle.
I write this blog so that all men my age and even younger understand the necessity for an annual physical.
I have been diagnosed with an enlarged prostate.
I lost my father years ago to prostate cancer and I was told by many that I should be checked for the rest of my life to ward off any break out of the disease.
I urge any man to make sure to check pride at the door when it comes to this subject. Regardless of what you might have heard.... This disease can kill you.
I sit in my room thinking about all of the beautiful pictures I've taken and how sad it would be to never have the enjoyment of taking more. I see my physician on a regular basis now and it never gets easier. But who says life is suppose to be?
I have a wonderful life that I still have plans for. I have a beautiful daughter that will someday give me grandchildren. (Not too soon Jaz ;-))
Seriously though, I realized that there are more important things in life than pride.
Something so quick and simple, yes it seems a bit invasive, but the outcome outways the idea of not having it done. I challenge all of my friends to make a pact with me that on at least the Thanksgiving Holidays will be an annual check up week. Some people asked, why not Father's Day? Well, I would rather be thankful that I know that I will see another holiday.... Nuff said!!!
I challenge you all ..... Wives, get your husbands to the doctor!!!! Kicking and screaming if you have to. Just get it done.!
I look forward to seeing you all for the holidays ....
Look for another fun-filled entry of photos coming soon.....
Until then.... Be Blessed
